Calming frequencies play in the background adding a beautiful auditory relaxation for the mind. Energy is checked for imbalances, special attention is given to those areas of need. Crystals are placed on the body to facilitate energetic balancing. Light reiki to all main chakras. The 1 hr session is a more in depth working of your energy.
